Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Ihaara Studio via www.ihaarastudio.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.
International shipping is not yet supported.


2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery as follows:

⏱️ Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with courier serviceability, weather, transport disruptions, local restrictions, or festive seasons.


3. Shipping Charges

Our current shipping pricing:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499
  • Shipping fee for orders below ₹1,499 based on location (typically ₹80–₹200)
  • COD orders include an additional COD fee (₹100)

Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Same-Day Delivery (Bengaluru Only)

Where courier partners support it, we offer:

Same-Day Delivery in Bengaluru
👉 Subject to availability for selected PIN codes
👉 Ordered before the daily cutoff time
👉 Extra delivery fee applicable

Customers will be informed of eligibility and costs before dispatch.


5. Dispatch & Tracking

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Tracking information will be shared via:
    • Email, and/or
    • WhatsApp
  • You can track the shipment using the link provided once dispatched.

6. Delivery Partner & Delivery Safety

We ship via:

  • India Post, and
  • Reputed private courier partners where necessary

Once a package is handed over to the courier:

  • Transit delays are beyond the control of Ihaara Studio
  • Responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service
  • Ihaara Studio cannot be held liable for:
    • Delivery delays
    • Tracking inaccuracies
    • Operational disruptions by courier companies

However, we will coordinate and support you in case of any delivery issues.


7. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
  • If the product is returned to us due to:
    • Incorrect address,
    • Unreachable number,
    • Customer unavailability,
    • Refusal to accept without valid reason,

Then:

Customer will bear the re-shipping cost + return courier cost to receive the parcel again.

No refund will be processed in such cases unless approved after internal review.


8. Open-Box Delivery

Where supported by courier partners:

  • Customers must inspect the product before accepting delivery
  • If major damage/wrong item is found:
    • Do not accept the parcel
    • Inform the delivery partner immediately
    • Open-box acceptance = order marked received in good condition

9. Returns & Damage Claims

We operate a strict damage-only return/refund policy.
